We have a team of qualified trainers to guide you along the miracle discovery of inner peace.

This is a seven-day program which aims at assisting you discover that best version of yourself. This Retreat provides you an opportunity to connect between the physical, emotional and spiritual cores of Life.You are certain to enjoy some fragrance of inner peace and transform yourself into more a balanced being.

1130-1300 Hrs Lecture on Anatomy in Yoga/Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy

1300-1500 Hrs Lunch and free time/ Doctor Consultation

1500-1630 Hrs Lecture on Yoga philosophy, Vedanta

1700-1900 Hrs Light Asanas/Guided Meditation/Ayurvedic Therapy

1900-2000 Hrs Entertainment program (Bhajans, Yoga-dance)

2000Hrs Dinner

YOGA Teachers’ Training Program (ASHTANGA YOGA - 200 HOUR/30 days)

Location: Mangalath Ashramam Cochin

As compared to the Retreat program the Teachers Training program will be slightly more stringent in its structure. Our intention is to carve strong ambassadors to propagate the value of this ancient discipline, up-keeping all its purity.

The ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA Teacher Training Course (TTC) is limited to 16 people and it is offered by a team of experienced teachers. This is a comprehensive Yoga Instructor training program, (Sivananda Style) is in accordance with the 200 Hours requirements of Yoga Alliance International. After successfully completing the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, by the Yoga Alliance International and also from the Sivananda School of Yoga. With this certification, you will be qualified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga worldwide.

Structure of the program

The structure and syllabus of our program is in strict accordance with the Sivananda International school of yoga and yoga alliance international. The details are as follows;

07:30am-09:30am Yoga asana (light exercises)

11:30am-12:30pm Teaching Techniques/discourse

12:30pm-01:00pm Tea time/free time

01:00pm-02:30pm Main lecture (Philosophy, Physiology & Anatomy in Yoga)

02:30pm-04:00pm Cooking class (Ayur-healthy)

04:00pm-06:00pm Yoga asana (light physical exercise)

07:00pm Dinner

08:00pm-09:30pm Recreation/entertainment

Though this is the basic structure, the arrangements of periods might change, if some or other compelling factors arise. The venue may also change from Mangalath Ashramam to a sea beach or possibly to the woods on the Western Ghats, it could be on board a boat too. this will depend on the weather conditions in Kerala.


Meditation is the practice of thinking deeply or focusing one’s mind for a period of time. This can be done in silence or with the help of chanting, and is done for a number of reasons, ranging from religious or spiritual purposes to a method for evoking relaxation. In our modern, hectic world, meditation has gained traction in recent years as a way to manage stress. Scientific evidence has also emerged that shows meditation can be a helpful tool in fighting chronic illnesses, including depression, heart disease, and chronic pain. There are many different forms of this ancient practice. Though Meditation cannot be taught, you shall be GUIDED

Panchakarma Detoxification (7 days session)

Panchakarma is the 5 detox procedure prescribed by Ayurveda for removing the root cause of the ailment. These procedures are done based on chronic/Acute nature of the disease. In fact if it is done periodically, a short course of 7 days is advisable which helps in SWASTHYA i.e. Health of the person. Human body is subjected to changes based on lifestyle, activity and season. Ayurveda detox when done on regular basis will help to tackle life style diseases cause due to accumulation of toxins, which hampers the natural repairing system of the body.
